Termite update

Well, the good news is that we have been treated for the termite problem and there is no need to tent our house! Yeah! Can you believe that there is nore good news? It appears as if there is no current termite activity. So, that means the termites have already left, probably because the house was treated sometime last year. This damage may have been there before we moved in, but because it was hidden behind the washing machine no one noticed it. So, that's bad for us because we can't prove it, but good because we do not have termites! So, we will be finishing up the room this weekend.
