Look what I did!

So I went to get my hair trimmed. You kow I have decided to grow my hair out and donate it o Locks of Love. My hair had started to get pretty long, and I really don't like long hair, but I thought I'd give it a shot. So I told my hair stylist that she was not allowed to let me cut my hair. I went for a trim Wednesday. I wanted to go darker because I am tired of keeping up with my highlights. My natural color isn't very pretty anymore, so I can't just leave it alone. We decided to do an all over dye instead of low lights or highlights. Here is what I ended up with!!!

It's hard to tell just how RED it really is. I couldn't get a good picture, this was the best one. Think Debra Messing with more copper tones. The color on the box actually is Copper, and it held true to it's description. I've been getting a good response from people. They are definitely shocked the first time they see me, but all have said they like it. You have to remember I work mostly with men, so they all know that you should never say you don't like a woman's hair. I did get a HUGE reaction from my head football coach, which was really funny. I had talked to him once in the morning and seen him once in the hallway, but finally right before it was time to go home he noticed my hair. He kinda squeeled and said how much he liked it. He asked if I was a natural red head. I just laughed!
For those of you in California it will probably be lighter by the time I get there, but it will still be red, so you can see it for yourselves. By the way, we will actually be in California in 4 weeks!

The scarry thing is I went all over red about 4 months ago. We match again! And I have bangs. Now we will really look alike.

Well, I guess I better not go darker and cut bangs like I had planned!

Love it! I'm a huge fan of playing with one's hair color...I've been platinum blond, red, brunette, sandy blond, dark black... and the list goes on!
