One month home and some other stuff!

We have been home a whole month! Crazy! We finally feel like we can sleep normally (although not always good, it seems to be normal), and life is as it is going to be. Kevin has been working out of town a lot, so that is not normal, but that should be over soon and we'll all be home.

It's good for us to look back over the last month, of adjusting to Xander being home, and see just how far we have all come. The jet lag is gone (praise the Lord!), Xander is no longer scared of the kitties, he understands and follows simple commands, and he says many words in English. Macey has started sleeping pretty good again, she loves her brother, and has started acting more like herself, not the fit throwing little one who was mad at her parents. :)

Since Kevin has been gone so much Nana Charlotte has been here, YAY! It has been great having someone to help with the McNeely Preschool, as I like to call it. While she was here we have had some Dr's appointments, a shower for Xander and spent some time with the Swansons for a impromptu party.

Here is some of the fun we had spending the evening with the Swansons. All the kids were squealing and having so much fun on the slide and in the kiddie pool. Made for a wonderful end to the day!
