Playroom and Kitchen

I'm a little slow getting pictures of my house up, but I'm a little slow getting my rooms completed.  

 This is the playroom. Nice, huh?  When we moved in I was thinking this was going to look a little more like a typical playroom.  Because it is literally the first room you see when you come in the house my sister (remember, the rock star who helped us move in a decorate my house!) thought this was a good set up.  She was right!  It looks like a sitting room, very pleasant when you first walk into my house.

 However it is still a playroom because in the walk-in closet I get to hide ALL my kids toys!  I LOVE this room.  They can make a disaster of it all day, then at the end of the say all the toys go back into the closet and it looks like a grown-up room again!  

 Ah, my kitchen.  I have very tall cabinets that I love.  There is a lot of storage, which I managed to fill up pretty quickly, but my cabinets aren't busting at the seams like they used to.

 Another kitchen view.  That doorway goes into my dining room, which will not be a dining room for some time.

And this isn't a pretty picture, it just gives you a view of what I see when I am standing at my sink; the front room.  I haven't had an open kitchen in 6 years, and I love it!
